Daniel has definitely brought out the beast in my "Warrior Queen"!

Daniel R. Horne, renowned illustrator painted covers for TSR popular Dragon Lance book line, Marvel Comics-Batman Forever/G.I.Joe, magazine covers/ books/toys and posters. He studied with western/historical painter, Ken Lager, a 7th generation Howard Pyle student who influenced his painting technique.

Johnny's creation of my Jewel "Thief" has sparked a new Imagination in me!

High contrast, future-noir, artist Johnny Atomic was launched into his comic career by 25-year comic veteran Ron Fortier (The Terminator). For 15 years he has been an illustrator of comic and graphic novel covers, movie posters, and celebrity portraits - and part time Tyrannical Overlord.

This sketch was the first thing Daniel showed me. Saying nothing, I eagerly awaited the next step. What he sent next was almost what you see as the finished Artwork. He told me he got rid of the other characters and the Throne because he felt it was to busy! He wanted the "Warrior Queen" and Cyclops in the aftermath of battle to reign prominent!
